Technical Details

Net phosphorus distribution computed from images taken with energy losses of 155 eV and 155 eV bracketing the phosphorus 'edge', and corresponding nitrogen distribution computed from images taken at 385 eV and 415 eV. See Fig 7E in Politz et al., 2005 Mol Biol Cell 16:3401-3410.
